[horde] Big load long wait when logging in to horde

I am using mysql. Interesting thing is that on the same machine I'we litle bit
older Horde installation under other virtual host. And this one is working just
fine, so it can not be any problem with php/apache/mysql. Horde framework
is also newest HEAD one, installed from CVS. Database is also the same.
And what's strange - after 10 minutes my IE crashes. Mozilla simply say's that
there's something wrong with JavaScript.
