[horde] Troubles with IMP in FC3

Hello,

I´m installing horde/imp in FC3.
I follow http://cvs.horde.org/co.php/horde/docs/INSTALL, i make many 
progress,
but i stopped in this error :

stream: Permission denied in /usr/local/lib/php/Log/file.php on line 228,

     * Mail - Yes
     * Log - Yes
     * DB - No
     * Your version of DB is not recent enough.
     * Net_Socket - Yes
     * Date - Yes
     * HTML_Common/HTML_Select - No

I try to change the permission of /tmp/horde.log, but it not resolved.
