[horde] imp: redirect to port on browsers

Probably not the best subject but the basic gist of it is they way I
have webmail access setup is over a specific port number and through
an ssl connection so for webmail where do I set the port number to put
on the end of the domain.
example: https://webmail.domain.com:1081/horde/imp/index.php, just as
an fyi horde doesnt have an issue with this.
