[horde] CVS: Horde menu has vanished

If you haven't already, you might want to check:
  * horde/config/*.php.dist files are not newer than their *.php conterparts.
  * that you are using the latest cvs updated framework
  * Check horde/test.php for errors or missing helpers.
That is about all I can think of right now.
