[horde] installing imp broke my horde install

i finally got my MySQL working and can login with IMAP auth and i've
added my name to be logged in as Administrator. Now when I login the
main frame appears but the left frame doesn't show up, just a lot of
errors. I went through the horde and imp dirs and chowned everything to
apache:root and chmod 770 but that didn't fix it.
Here are the errors I get when I login to Horde, on the left frame:
