[horde] turba and kronolith problem

Hi to all, I've some problem with turba and kronolith, I had read the
installation how-to, but I cannot access to Horde Administration Page, for
first activate to turba and kronolith, the config file also (for turba and
kronolith), was ever conf.xml.

Horde 3.0.7
IMP 4.0.4
Turba h3 2.0.4
Kronolith h3 2.0.4
