[horde] Horde configuration generation fails

Yes, I do have my PHP lines. Like I said, I have other sites on the same
server which run PHP quite extensively, and they all work fine... minus
Horde.

Sometimes I hit generate configuration, and I get a blank page in
firefox. In IE, I get a "page or site not found"

Its all strange... I'm so confused I don't know where to look anymore
