[horde] Blank sidebar

Hi All,

I have a new installation of Horde (CVS) configured to work with Kolab2.  I 
followed the directions inthe HowTo at the Kolab website, but now when I log 
in as either an administrative user or a regular user, the sidebar does not 
show though I get the top layout, etc.

I have the DataTree set to use the SQL backend.  I initially had the Database 
pointing to a "remote" MySQL database, but I changed it to a locally-hosted 
MySQL database, in case that may have been the problem (I did 
testconnectivity to the "remote" MySQL database from the kolab server by 
logging into the database as the "horde" user and was successful)

The sidebar was there when I initially logged in to configure Horde, but then 
gave an error that I had to configure a DataTree backend for the shares to 
work (not exact wording; just what I recall).  I configured the Datatree 
source in the Horde module/config, and that's when the sidebar went blank.

Looking at the sidebar frame source does not reveal any coding whatsoever.

Not sure where else to look...?  Your assistance is appreciated.
