[horde] workflow module (galaxia) for horde?

Hello,

At the site of tikiwiki 
(http://tikiwiki.org/tiki-index.php?page=GalaxiaWorkflow) it is 
suggested that people are working on galaxia for horde. But 
unfortunately I cannot find more information about that. is there a 
port for galaxia, or are people working on it. Maybe we can 
contribute, a client of us, is looking for an Open Source Workflow 
tool. Galaxia seems the only (?) active and mature one, which is not 
written in java. However I did not find a demo to check the positive 
sounds I heard.
