[horde] after horde > apache down ???

hi all,
after installing horde, apache acts so slowly. is there a logical
explanation for this ?
when i try to run horde on any one of my browsers, i wait for couple
of minutes to see the page content, sometimes i even restart apache
because apache stops responding.

and secondly > imp, chora, nag, ingo ... all installed. and when i try
to login my mail account, it want me to enter username and password. i
havent created any users and i dont know if Administrator has a
default password ? if yes what is that ???

help please ...
