[horde] Startup defaults

I have two installations of Horde running, one on my own server and the 
other on a client's system. Both machines run SME 6.0.10, which is a 
slimmed and locked down Redhat server. Both installations were performed 
using a script designed for the SME server which can be found at...

My clients server automatically chooses English British as the default 
language, my machine chooses English American!!!

How is this default set, and can I alter it?
