[horde] View an external web page

Is there an issues with the height of the "View an external web page"
window in 3.0.9? Regardless of my settings or browser (Firefox, IE and 
Konqeuror), I only get a diminutive height of this window, making it 
unusable.

It worked in the previous release I had, think it was 3.0.7.
