[horde] Horde auth before IMP

Hello,

I have Horde 3.0.9 with IMP H3 4.0.4 running on PHP 5.1.2.
Thats works fine, but after activated the Authentication of Horde (MySQL
Beckend), the access to the IMP is only after Horde Authentication. I tryed
to access http://myhost/horde/imp/ and its redirect-me to the Horde
authentication. I just try to set permissions on Horde to the IMP like Read,
Run, etc but dont work.
How I can fix this or just disable ?
