[horde] Error after upgrading php-5.1.2

Here is the command I used to compile PHP.

        ./configure \
         --enable-exif \
         --enable-mbstring=all \
         --with-imap \
         --with-ldap \
         --with-imap-ssl \
         --with-openssl-dir \
         --with-openssl \
         --prefix=$PHP_ROOT \
         --with-apxs2=$APACHE_ROOT/bin/apxs \
         --with-xml \
         --with-expat=/usr/local/expat-1.95.2 \
         --with-gd \
         --with-png \
         --with-jpeg-dir=/usr/lib \
         --with-freetype-dir=/usr/lib \
         --with-zlib-dir=/usr/lib \
         --with-gettext \
         --with-kerberos \
         --with-mysql=/usr/local/mysql
