[horde] document.getElementById(...) is null or not an object

Hi,

This is my first time using Horde and when I try to configure Horde in
the Horde Setup page by pressing any of the tabs (Database,
Authentication, Sign Up, Logging, etc) I get the following error
message:

Error: 'document.getElementById(...)' is null or not an object
Code: 0
URL: http://localhost/horde/admin/setup/config.php?app=horde

I haven't been able to find a solution to this problem anywhere on the
web. Could anyone shed some light on this problem?
