[horde] Horde 3.1 - Include Error

Trying to get horde 3.1 work ( test.php works fine - all required things
are ok ) - but i only get in error.log:

ps: i wonder why theres a "mimp" in output - this directory isnt there -
but why horde did such wrong expansion - i dont know, i changed nothing
at the libaries or something else.
apache2 is running in a chroot - but this shouldnt matter, but for info
- it runs when apache2 dont chroot after startup.
