[horde] Cant login after patch & error in logs

Jan, 

Just to be clear, you mean ditch the existing conf.php file and create
it from scratch (using the admin) setting it to none, going into the
admin and change it, then regenerate the scripts that way.  The later is
what I did.  Do I need to do the first?
