[horde] url= Displayed in URL on all pages

Hello all,

I've got what is probably a simple configuration issue, but the URL that 
remains throughout my session is in the following form:

http://www.server.org/mail/index.php?url=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.server.org%2Fmail%2F

The "?url=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.server.org%2Fmail%2F" part is what I don't 
think belongs, but after searching old messages and looking through the 
admin settings, I don't see something that I may have misconfigured.

Has this happened to anyone else?
