[horde] Horde Installation problem

I get this message when I try to execute /horde/test.php :

PEAR

     PEAR Search Path (PHP's include_path): 
/usr/local/www/webmail/horde/lib:.:/usr/shear/pear
     PEAR: No
       Check your PHP include_path setting to make sure it has the PEAR 
library directory.

I use PHP 5.0 and PEAR 1.4.9
