[horde] MIME and plain text message

I can do it manually =) Get full message, find content-type header and 
find charset name and recode all body of message. I have done this 
already for display 8bit (not-encoded) subject in correct charset. Sure, 
it will be my personal patch and, i think, no reason for include in horde.
