[horde] Horde 3.0 -> 3.1.1, can't login!

Hi,

I just upgraded from Horde 3.0 to Horde 3.1.1. Now when I log in, it  
simply reloads the login page. However, in the logfile it records a  
successful login. For example:

Apr 19 15:44:28 HORDE [notice] [imp] Login success for  
simon at highlyillogical.org [82.108.75.194] to {localhost:993} [on line  
160 of "/var/www/mailhost/htdocs/imp/redirect.php"]

There are no errors in the log... Just the success message above.

How can I find out what the problem is, and resolve it?
