[horde] Problems with Filter rules after login

Hello,

i have not configured the /ingo/backends.php

my /ingo/conf.php is this:

$conf['menu']['apps'] = array();
$conf['storage']['driver'] = 'prefs';
$conf['storage']['maxblacklist'] = 0;
$conf['storage']['maxwhitelist'] = 0;
$conf['rules']['userheader'] = true;
$conf['rules']['usefolderapi'] = true;

I'm a newbie with Horde. Can everybody help me.

My mailserver runs on a extra server (debian woody with sendmail 8.12.and procmail)
