[horde] Where are user filters stored?

Hi!

Could you tell me please where are the user mail filters stored, for a
"cpanel installed" Horde?

I moved all my users from one server to another using Cpanel's
"transfer" feature, but the mail filters were lost.

Where are they so I can manually copy them from one server to another?
Also, where are the user's "whitelist" and "blacklist"

BTW, if this isn't the correct place to ask for this, can you please
