[horde] Deleting all data for a user.

Not complete, unfortunately. However there is the removeUserData API  
call, which has stubs in Horde and in several other applications. Some  
work just went into implementing it for Kronolith, Turba, Mnemo, and  
Nag. It won't help you out of the box with 3.1.1, but it'll be there  
at some point in the not too distant future.
