[horde] Problem with translations

I changed the default language from english to spanish
in my Horde IMP, but my server was attacked by
crackers two weeks ago, and I have reinstall the
kernel in the linux, and I have made hardening in the
linux. Now, I changed the language to horde imp, but
it does not change. How I can repair the language in
my horde?, Is it a linux problem or horde problem?
