[horde] framework

All,

Just updated my structure with the HEAD.  Took many updates to framework, so 
I executed install-packages.php and received the following for each 
component:

Installing *******:
Unknown channel "pear.horde.org"
Parsing of package.xml from file 
"/var/www/php/horde/framework/SpellChecker/package.xml" failed
Cannot initialize '/var/www/php/horde/framework/SpellChecker/package.xml', 
invalid or missing package file
Package "/var/www/php/horde/framework/SpellChecker/package.xml" is not valid
install failed

Did I miss something?  Or as usual, am I still suffering rectal-cranial 
inversion?
