[horde] Install Framework, no handlers

Hello

i try to install the framework with:

php install-packages.php

But i get this error messages:

Installing Token:
No handlers for package.xml version 2.0


Installing Tree:
No handlers for package.xml version 2.0


Installing Util:
No handlers for package.xml version 2.0


Installing VC:
No handlers for package.xml version 2.0


Installing VFS:
No handlers for package.xml version 2.0


Installing XML_SVG:
No handlers for package.xml version 2.0


Installing VFS_ISOWriter:
No handlers for package.xml version 2.0


Installing XML_WBXML:


So what can i do?

is some package missing?
