[horde] I need help on Horde Installation

I've just download the Horde framework with the Imp and on trying to install
the Horde i've got some problem.
I'm running Apache and PHP 4 all along under EasyPHP and when i've run the
Horde virtual server page i'ts gave me this message :

*Fatal error*: Cannot redeclare class pear in *C:\Program
Files\EasyPHP\php\pear\PEAR.php* on line *69*

what should i do now i've enable the PEAR extentions.
