[horde] Security problem

[Charrua]

I have installed SUSE.

I download mod_security from www.modsecurity.org and installed step by step 
following the instructions.
Next install the rules from: 
http://www.gotroot.com/tiki-index.php?page=mod_security+rules

This is ok for me.
