[horde] problem with my webmail

Hi Villus,

Yes, I changed the php.ini file and set "error_reporting"
 to "E_ALL ^ E_NOTICE" in two places. After this, I restart apache server in
WHM. But we still have this problem.

Have you restarted Apache after that?
