[horde] Error using sql driver for storing preferences!

Hi, im having this error every time i setup horde to
use sql driver to store user preferences, i don`t know
why, i have connecction with mysql server, but the
error seems to be a connecction problem what can i do?

This is the error that i get:

A fatal error has occurred
DB Error: connect failed
