[horde] User email not shown in User List

Hi all,
   I am having a working horde installation with imp, turba,
kronolith, sesha and trean. I am using OpenLDAP as authentication
backend and qmail-ldap for mail. Recently I installed whups(tickets)
and the email notification seems not working. Then I  checked
Administration --> Users, and noticed that users are not associated
with any email. The only thing other than username is 'cn'. How can I
link the mail-id in the LDAP with the user list?
  I searched the documentation in horde and google but no result.
Somebody please help. it's urgent.
