[horde] problem upgrading turba

Hello,

I'm migrating from horde-2.2.5/imp-3.2.4/turba-1.2.2/ to
horde-3.1.1/imp-h3-4.1.1/turba-h3-2.1/

All seems to work well so far, but I can't see anymore the addresses that
were in previous version of turba. That will be a big problem if I can't
migrate all the address books of my users.
