[horde] After upgrade to PHP5, no portal

I have error reporting enabled. No errors are appearing or being logged.
 Permissions on test.php are 777 and the server shows a "200" on its access.

I'm not sure wehre else to look. The confusing thing is that when I
login to horde, the left nav panel works. I can use IMP, etc.
