[horde] Metar Weather Block

I just switched on a 6/19 snapshop

I am getting the following
  [error] [client 192.168.1.21] PHP Notice:  Undefined index:   
hostspec in /var/www/html/webmail/lib/Block/metar.php on line 147,

It looks to me that when you setup the database in Horde and use MySQL  
with a Unix/Socket - the hostspec entry is not generated in  conf php.

The Metar weather still appears without a problem.
