[horde] Can't authenticate to Imp through Horde

I believe your error log issue is do to horde/config/registry.php  
entries containing active definitions and not having supporting code.  
This occurs - when you enter setup -
they can be ignorted or you can mark applications that you are not  
interested in as "inactive".

You imp signon issue is due to you authorization method -
and not having a connection between the horde signon and you iump signon -
but you didn't say what your authentication method was.
