[horde] ingo not saving filters and left menu not refreshing

I set it to preference system in the ingo configuration and then in my Horde 
configuration I have Kolab (LDAP) selected.  As far as I can tell, I have 
everything set up correctly in the Kolab Groupware tab.  Any suggestions on 
correctly setting it up?
