[horde] No more user-defined portal after upgrade from Horde 3.0.8 to 3.1.2

Hi,

I've followed the Upgrade steps for a Horde 3.08 to 3.1.2 upgrade
(http://www.horde.org/horde/docs/?f=UPGRADING.html):
* new tables, history info migration, new pref indexes
* configuration file upgrade

Everything seems to work except that the horde portal blocks previously
defined in my users preferences are no longer visible. In fact there is no
portal at all after upgrade.

Is it normal? What am I missing?
