[horde] RE : No more user-defined portal after upgrade fromHorde 3.0.8 to 3.1.2

Unfortunately there is nothing interresting in the horde.log (even with
E_ALL as log level) file (only a debug line from one of my hooks), and
nothing interresting in the ssl_error_log file from apache (https only
server).

I've tried with another user who hadn't customized its portal before the
upgrade, and it seems to work for him (he is able to define new portlets).
However, with my user, the top Horde menu is empty.

Maybe something went wrong during the DB upgrade ? Were there any changes in
the DB as far as the portal is concerned ?
