I've tried again to re-import the old DB+upgrade it and the issue gets back
for that user (and possibly others).

I've deleted the "portal_layout" horde_prefs for that user and the portal
functionnality gets back to normal for him (however its previous settings
are lost). If I import his old portal_layout back (to any user) the problem
gets back. So I think something in his portal_layout is not compliant with
my upgraded horde-3.1.2.

Here's his portal_layout pref:

Is there something abnormal in it ?

As far as I'm concerned, what really matters is to be able to identify users
with a non compliant portal_layout preference so that I can contact them and
propose a workaround (which could be to delete any faulty portal_layout
pref).

Any clue on what is wrong in the portal_laout ?
