[horde] Cant Login to Horde Mail (/horde/imp) :: PROBLEM SOLVED

I run the /horde/imp/test.php and got the ff then modified
/imp/config/servers.php file.

The following configurations were successful and may be used in your
imp/config/servers.php file:

    Configuration 1

        'server' => '192.168.2.16'
        'protocol' => 'imap/notls'
        'port' => '143'
