[horde] Can't get Horde to Work At All

Well, I found at least where part of the error is coming from.  In
Horde.php on line 204 in the fatal function:

elseif (is_string($error))

It's getting into that loop and that's where I'm getting the "Registry
Objects should never be cloned" message from.

As for the Log issue, I think that it is coming from the Log.php file. 
That gets put there when I installed Log from pear.  I printed out some of
the variables from Horde.php:

I've been all over docs/INSTALL and can't find a single thing that might
lead me in the right direction.   I've done a php -l on every php file in
my base directory.  I've made sure permissions are correct.  I've made sure
my database is up and running.  I've made sure that the webserver can get
to the base directory.  You can see the errors at
