[horde] Issues with running Horde

OK, I go into http://www.mydomain.com/webmail and choose Horde. I get to the
login button. Push through. But than I get a "This page cannot be displayed
message" and a "Cannot find server" ... with the following URL appearing:

https://www.mydomain.com:2083/horde/login.php?nocache=18l280pyku4g

Very odd! Of all the years I've used Horde on different servers, this is the
first time I've really ever seen this. 

Given my other problems with Webmail (SquirrelMail is working, but broken; I
can't create mail accounts in cPanel)

Suggestions?
