[horde] Using Dynamic LDAP groups for Horde Groups?

This is not currently supported by the Groups_ldap driver.

If this is something that you'd like to see in the future, create an  
enhancement ticket at bugs.horde.org.  Patches are always welcome, and  
the best way to get the feature included quickly.  Otherwise, you will  
probably have to wait for one of the developers to either need this  
feature, get paid to implement the feature, or have extra time on  
their hands.
