[horde] Test.php without output

Hello,

i'm going to install Horde on a shared server. After moving the files of
horde to the server and adding the config files without *.dist I run the
test.php script the first time. There occured a few errors because of
missing PEAR packages. I told the administrator of the server to install
these packages. Since he did the installation the test.php yields a
contentless white site. What is possibly the reason for that?
