[horde] Problem with beatnik: "You are not permitted to view any domains."

Hi, 
so...i installed beatnik successfully, but when i want to see the domain list, then the output this error: "You are not permitted to view any domains.".
Where i can to change these permissions or what i have to do in order to i can use this options?
