[horde] weird layout on different browsers (update)

a short update (some things i should have mentioned allready ..):

- the error occurs only up to netscape 7.1, since 7.2 the pages look  
as expected
- with opera 9 after choosing "view->fit to width" the layout is ok
- using safari 1.x (on mac os x 10.3) it looks even worse!
