[horde] Spell Checking and Filter

Hi,

finally bringing my horde to run i still remain with two problems i couldn´t solve trough faqs and google.
In imp/config/php.conf I have:
$conf['utils']['spellchecker'] = '/usr/bin/ispell';
When I write a mail and do spell checking i get no write errors, even if i make mistakes.
If I do ispell manually I get suggestions for correction.

mail imp # /usr/bin/ispell
@(#) International Ispell Version 3.2.06 08/01/01

how about: rouge, rough, rougy

So how can I help horde to help me correcting my spell errors?

Second problem: 

I made a filter, simply rule if suject contains 123 then mark as deleted. Tried others as well. Ingo is ignoring my filter rules.
Whats the best idea to debug?
