[horde] Administration / Setup / Horde is Still Blank !!!

I am not sure, I am running php 5.1.4

I just ran this again from within my horde directory, and I got:

[root horde]# php ./groupware/scripts/setup.php
PHP Warning:

/var/www/html/horde/groupware/scripts/setup.php on line 274

[root horde]#

Could this be the reason for my inability to see only blanks when trying to 
configure horde?
