[horde] Administration / Setup / Horde is Still Blank !!!

I downloaded groupware, via cvs, and made it a subtree of horde, which is 
where I got this path.

I ran this script from those directories.  It appears as though my php path 
uses ., which is where, how it looks this way, well I think.
